MCP73843-420I/MS

The MCP73843-420I/MS is an advanced single cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer charge Management Controller for use in space-limited and cost-sensitive applications. This combines high accuracy constant-voltage (0.5% maximum), constant-current regulation, cell preconditioning, advanced safety timers and automatic charge termination. The device provides a complete, fully functional, stand-alone charge management solution for applications utilizing single cell lithium-ion or lithium-polymer battery packs. This operates with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 12V and is fully specified over the ambient temperature range of -40 to +85°C.
