DS80604 (R5-1) is a 6GHz, 40GSa/s, 4-channel DS80000 series digital oscilloscope. It supports the compliance analysis of various protocols, helping you locate the problem in high-speed design and address the verification problem. It is a N-in-1 instrument, including digital oscilloscope, digital voltmeter, 8-digit frequency counter and totalizer, and protocol analyzer (option).
