LD39050PUR is a 500mA low quiescent current and low noise voltage regulator in a 6 pin DFN (3x3mm) package. The stability is given by ceramic capacitors. The ultra low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features make it suitable for low power battery powered applications. Power supply rejection is 65dB at low frequencies and starts to roll off at 10KHz. The enable logic control function puts the LD39050 in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 1µA. The device also includes short-circuit constant current limiting and thermal protection. Typical applications are mobile phones, hard disks and battery-powered systems.

- Ultra low-dropout voltage (200mV typ at 500mA load)
- Very low quiescent current (20µA typ at no load, 100µA typ at 500mA load, 1µA max. in OFF mode)
- Very low noise without bypass capacitor
- Output voltage tolerance of ±2.0% at 25°C
- Logic-controlled electronic shutdown
- Compatible with ceramic capacitor COUT = 1µF
- Internal current and thermal limit
- Temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
