Product Overview
The 2646480002 is a round cable EMI Suppression Core with 46-grade material. Latest material development is a MgZn ferrite intended for suppression applications. This material does not use nickel in its composition, hence it avoids potential environmental issues. The suppression performance of this 46 material is similar to our widely used 43 material. This new Fair-Rite grade 46 is supplied in the larger sizes of the round cable EMI suppression and snap-it cores. The actual DC H field in the application is this value of H times the actual NI (ampere-turn) product. For the effect of the DC bias on the impedance of the bead material.
