The S9KEAZN8AMTG is a Kinetis EA ultra-reliable 32-bit Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M0+ RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. The device incorporates 32kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, one 12-bit SAR A/D converter, one 6-bit D/A converter, an analog comparator and 14 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features communication interfaces like one UART module, one SPI module and one I2C module.
