TLP172GM(TPR,E(T is a photo relay. It consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET, which is suitable for surface mount assembly. It is suitable for the battery management systems which require space savings. It is approved by UL-recognized: UL 1577, File No.E67349, cUL-recognized: CSA Component Acceptance Service No.5A File No.E67349, UL-recognized: UL 508, File No.E499232, VDE-approved: EN 60747-5-5. It is used in applications such as battery management system (BMS) (non-automotive), factory automation (FA), security systems, measuring instruments, smart meters, mechanical relay replacements.
- Halogen-free, normally opened (1-Form-A)
- OFF-state output terminal voltage is 350V minimum
- Trigger LED current is 3mA maximum
- ON-state current is 110mA maximum
- ON-state resistance is 35 ohm maximum at (t < 1s)
- Isolation voltage is 3750Vrms minimum
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 110°C
