AD7814ARMZ-REEL

AD7814ARMZ-REEL is a 10bit digital temperature sensor. It has a flexible serial interface that allows easy interfacing to most microcontrollers. The interface is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, and MICROWIRE™ protocol, and is also compatible with DSPs. The part features a standby mode that is controlled via the serial interface. This device’s wide supply voltage range, low supply current, and SPI-compatible interface make it ideal for a variety of applications, including personal computers, office equipment, and domestic appliances. It is used in applications such as hard disk drives, personal computers, electronic test equipment, office equipment, process control.

• Accuracy is ±2.0°C maximum at (TA = 0°C to 85°C, VDD = 3V to 5.5V)
• Temperature conversion time is 25µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)

• Supply current (normal mode) is 250µA typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Digital input current is ±1µA maximum at (VIN = 0V to VDD)
• Digital input capacitance is 10pF maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Power dissipation (1sps) is 3.7µW typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
