MAX11100EUB+

The MAX11100EUB+ is a low power 16bit analogue digital converter (ADC) with 10μA shutdown current in 10 pin µMAX package. This industry's smallest successive approximation ADC features automatic power-down, fast 1.1Fs wake-up and high speed SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible interface. The MAX11100 operates with a single +5V analogue supply and features separate digital supply allowing direct interfacing with 2.7V to 5.25V digital logic. At the maximum sampling rate of 200Ksps, the device typically consumes 2.45mA. Power consumption is typically 12.25mW at 200Ksps maximum sampling rate. AutoShutdown reduces supply current to 140 µA at 10Ksps and to less than 10µA at reduced sampling rates.
